Week three: Healthy eating.

This week, I'll be counting the calories I eat for a week. I believe this will make me more aware, of my intake.


Monday:

Breakfast:
Calories in Cereal Sugar Puffs: 120 calories.



Cereal bar: 91 calories




Lunch:

Chicken and chips: 500-800 (estimate)

Sour skittles: 200.



2 bottles of water.

Dinner:



Rice: 262 

Shepard's pie: 276 
Plantain: 232
Potato: 225


Total: 2,028



Tuesday:

Breakfast
Cereal Sugar Puffs: 120 calories.
Cereal bar: 91 calories

Lunch
Chicken and chips: 500-800 (estimate)
Kit Kat chunky: 280

Dinner:
Chicken 267
Rice 262 
Veg 59

Drinks  Vimto: 68                             
Tea: 21.6








Total: 1,787


Counting calories made me more aware of what I was eating, and how many calories it contained. Now on, I'll be more aware. Healthy eating everyone! :D
